NI Israel is a Big Data analytics software company that provides end-to-end AI/ML-based solutions enabling semiconductor, electronics, and Automotive (OEM, Tier1) brand owners to protect product quality, improve efficiency and time to market, and enhance their brand reputations.
We’re looking for a talented R&D Operations student for the Israeli site, who will work closely with the R&D management and global functions (internally and externally). The focus would be on planning, forecasting, adapting, and ensuring optimal utilization of the budget, while also collaborating locally and with the NI Austin site.
Responsibilities:
Leading the budget process for the Israeli R&D department, covering various aspects such as headcount, CAPEX, licenses, events, and training
Plan / Forecast / Adapt
Achieve optimal Budget utilization
Collaborating with other operations managers on a global scale and many stakeholders inside the company
Working closely with procurement, finance, and legal for new contracts & contacts renewal
Driving global collaboration on operational aspects
Seeking constant improvements in processes & budget utilization
Providing support for audit processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Required skills:
At least 2 years of studies in Industrial Engineering and management
Fluent English is mandatory
Good understanding of R&D processes – an advantage
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and proactive approach
Strong analytical skills – a significant advantage
