Temporary Receptionist - 2 months

On behalf of a prestigious private bank in Zurich, we are looking for a temporary Receptionist to cover a temporary mission of 2 months (June-July).

Your responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and looking after customers and guests
  • Answering & forwarding all calls (external & internal); coordinating reception emails
  • Managing client meetings: rooms reservation, video conference set-up, serving drinks, cleaning-up
  • Providing general secretarial tasks (scanning, copying, etc.)

Your profile
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Receptionist role
  • Excellent client and service orientation with high social competencies
  • Pleasant confident appearance, positive charisma, professional and discreet behavior
  • Stress resistant, multi-task capacity & problem-solver
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • German fluent, good English, French an advantage
