Temporary Receptionist - 2 months
On behalf of a prestigious private bank in Zurich, we are looking for a temporary Receptionist to cover a temporary mission of 2 months (June-July).
Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming and looking after customers and guests
- Answering & forwarding all calls (external & internal); coordinating reception emails
- Managing client meetings: rooms reservation, video conference set-up, serving drinks, cleaning-up
- Providing general secretarial tasks (scanning, copying, etc.)
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Receptionist role
- Excellent client and service orientation with high social competencies
- Pleasant confident appearance, positive charisma, professional and discreet behavior
- Stress resistant, multi-task capacity & problem-solver
- Good communication and time management skills
- German fluent, good English, French an advantage
