Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department;
  • Monitor general office supplies;
  • Perform data entry and filing;
  • Conduct basic research and analysis;
  • Assist in enquiry of application status;
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Responsible, organized and proactive;
  • At least 1 year relevant experience is preferable;
  • Good command in Chinese and English writing skills;
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese word processing;
  • With knowledge of AI/PS/Canva is a plus;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

Working Hour: 09:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
