Key Responsibilities:
- Planning of new power and driver chip products
- Conducting competitive analysis and comparison of products
- Writing initial product specifications and managing product projects until mass production
- Communicating and coordinating with design, process, testing, and production management departments
Key Requirements:
- Over 8 years of relevant industry experience / Master's degree (EE)
- Familiarity with power chips such as LDO, Voltage Supervisor, DC/DC, AC/DC, Battery Charger
- Familiarity with driver chips such as LED Lighting, Motor Driver, Gate Driver
- Familiarity with power supply in the field of industrial control, security, and home appliances
- Previous experience in analog or power IC design is preferred
