Keptua is looking a Trainee Production Engineer. As a Trainee Production Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment
What you would mainly be doing:
a) Responsible to organize workflow & meeting deadlines.
b) Monitoring production to resolve/ convey issues.
c) Monitoring the stock necessary for production.
d) Quality assurance.
e) Ensuring safety of team.
f) Understanding the diversity & capability of production.
g) Understanding the rough sketch of prices for any new product launching.
h) Collaborate with senior engineers and production teams to optimize production
efficiency and quality.
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job.
Timings: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
