Job Description
- Design and implement consumer research projects to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and product positioning based on consumer insights.
- Monitor and track the performance of our products in the market, making recommendations for improvement when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and consumer trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Present research findings and insights to key stakeholders, including senior management, to influence business strategies.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience (at least 7 years) in consumer insights or market research, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to various stakeholders.
- Experience with consumer research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- A passion for innovation and understanding consumer behavior.
