What you will do
- Approach and convince video content creator to join a Zalo video platform;
- Manage support groups for creators;
- Consulting and answering questions about the platform;
- Receive, respond and handle creators' complaints;
- Monitor, control, and coordinate with related departments to promptly handle arising incidents;
- Summarize and make weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports;
- Implement other tasks per required by line manager.

What you will need
- Just graduated from intermediate/ college/ university;
- Experience in managing social media community group (Facebook/TikTok/YouTube);
- Knowledge and use of social media trends;
- Proficient in the use of Office applications;
- Good communication, agile, hard working, eager to learn;
- Sociable and patient in work;Able to work on weekends.
