Responsibilities:
- manage the projects to enhance the functionality of the system,
- act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics,
- model and optimize business processes in the area of sales, stock management, accounting and controlling,
- advise and contribute to the medium and long-term IT Retail planning in co-operation with the IT Retail team,
- maximize customer satisfaction in processes or systems through efficient and effective interaction as well as collaboration with all stakeholders,
- align internal and external partners on the further development of the solution with a focus to define standardized processes.
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related field,
- 3-6 years' work experience as IT / Business Analyst or key user of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central,
- experience in project management,
- experience with small sized ERP solutions, example Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central or Optima,
- collaborative and customer oriented, experienced in facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders,
- proactive, flexible and bringing new ideas forward.
