INBOUND UK TAXI BOOKING CAMPAIGN

IBSTEC is one of the fastest growing service providers to its UK customers for Taxi service booking requires candidates to answer inbound calls from our passengers and enter booking details on our system. We are not a recruitment company we are a registered firm and directly hire candidates.

Job Specification:

Must be flexible with the timings.
People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign or who worked as a cab controller will be preferred.
Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent (British).
Experience in Call Center Industry will be preferred.
Excellent skills in Customer Management.
Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
Self-motivated.
Good team player.
Ability to multi-task.
Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
Goal-oriented, determined, and high-achiever.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • International Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English fluently (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Overnight Shift (Required)
  • Night Shift (Required)
  • Day Shift (Required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
