Your Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Excellence: Take charge of the onboarding process, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs that provide new employees with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to excel in their roles.
  • Community Building: Establish and maintain an active virtual/hybrid and in-person community for new joiners. Facilitate knowledge sharing, personal coaching, and networking opportunities to foster a sense of camaraderie and belonging within the organization.
  • Integration and Engagement: Collaborate with various teams, including business partners, division leaders, and people operations, to seamlessly integrate new employees into the company's activities. Organize social gatherings and events to encourage interaction and team bonding
  • Onboarding Meetings: Participate in onboarding and end-of-probation period meetings alongside responsible direct managers and key stakeholders. Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • People and Culture Development: Be an integral part of the People and Culture Organization, particularly within the people development team. Contribute to the development and implementation of people-focused initiatives to enhance overall employee experience.
  • Onboarding Management: Lead and execute the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition into the organization. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, such as hiring managers and People Operations, to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs for new joiners. Collaborate with the People Development team to design and implement onboarding training materials and resources.
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with new employees, managers, and business partners across divisions. Act as a point of contact for any questions or concerns during the onboarding process and beyond.

  • Networking Enthusiast: You are a natural connector and relationship builder, adept at forging meaningful connections with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations.
  • Training and Coaching: Experience in training and coaching individuals to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and the ability to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling you to manage multiple aspects of the onboarding process.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, readily adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Empathy and Empowerment: Demonstrate empathy and a genuine interest in the well-being and development of new employees.
  • Experience: Previous experience in onboarding, community management, or a related field is an advantage, but not a requirement.
