InterMoor are currently looking to hire a Naval Architect to join the engineering team on a full-time permanent basis. Based at our location in Stavanger, the successful candidate will contribute to the safe, efficient, and cost-effective planning and execution of InterMoor's undertakings by performing engineering design, analysis, and onshore/offshore support.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Design offshore and inshore mooring systems and perform engineering analyses
- Motion response analyses and calculation of environmental loads
- Prepare procedures for marine operations
- Support the operations department
- Attend offshore operations
Requirements
- MSc degree in marine structures or marine hydrodynamics, or similar discipline
- Experience within a similar role
